TILLSONBURG - One resident of Tillsonburg is a happy man.
Simon Muggleton, is a 46-year-old father and is also now $500,000 richer. His winnings come from a MAXMILLIONS prize during the Tuesday, July 25th LottoMax draw.
Muggleton returned to the car and shared the news with his wife by playing a prank on her. "I said, ‘We won $5’ and handed her the folded ticket. She unfolded it and started crying tears of joy. When I told my daughter I won, she started jumping up and down!"
With this prize, Simon will manage his finances and treat himself to a new toolbox. "Maybe I’ll plan a trip to London too," he said. "Winning is a fantastic feeling!"
The winning ticket was purchased at R&P Convenience on Simcoe Street in Tillsonburg.
