WOODSTOCK - The second All candidates debate for the Federal election in Oxford County is happening tonight in Woodstock.
It is being hosted by Unifor Local 636 and the Woodstock-Ingersoll and District Real Board. This years format will be to take questions from the floor with only a few predetermined questions from the organizers. This will allow residents to ask the questions they feel are the most important to our community and hopefully get the responses to the issues they find important.
The All Candidates Debate is happening at the Unifor Local 636 Hall on Beale Street in Woodstock on Monday September 30th from 6 pm to 8 pm.
We are hoping see all of the candidates in attendance this evening. At the first debate last week, only three candidates showed representing the NDP, PPC and CHP. You can read a complete recap of the first debate online here.
Heart FM will have a reporter at the debate tonight, and we will provide you with a complete coverage break down in the news with Sabrina Storm tomorrow morning.
The Woodstock-Ingersoll and District Real Estate Board is also hosting an All Candidates Forum in Ingersoll on October 2nd at the Unifor Local 88 Hall in Ingersoll from 6-9 pm.
