Barrie Police say Arabella Vienneau has been found safe in Toronto.
UPDATE: Arabella Vienneau has been found safe and the Amber Alert is no longer in effect.
Barrie Police say she was located by Toronto Police and she is in good health. Arrangements are now being made so she can return home to Barrie.
Police would like to thank the public for their help locating her.

BARRIE - The Barrie Police Service is asking for the public's help tracking down a missing three-year-old girl.
An Amber Alert was issued for Arabella Vienneau at around midnight last night. Police say a family friend last spotted her at a home on Tunbridge Road at around 5:30 p.m. yesterday.
She's about 3-feet-tall, weighs about 30 to 40 pounds and she has green eyes and blonde hair. She usually wears a navy blue bomber style jacket and police believe she could also be wearing red pants and a grey t-shirt.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call 911.
