The Oxford OPP responded to a vehicle in a ditch, and has laid an impaired driving charge against a Fort Erie man.
EAST ZORRA-TAVISTOCK - An impaired driver has been caught in East Zorra-Tavistock.
The Oxford OPP were called to 16th Line on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. for a possible impaired driver. Reports said the vehicle was in the ditch and being attended to by a tow truck operator, and when officers arrived, they were able to locate the vehicle.
As a result, a 36-year-old Fort Erie man is facing a charge of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
He was also handed a 90-day licence suspension and a week-long vehicle impoundment.
