Woodstock homeowners have until June 7th to submit an application for the Spirt of Christmas Tour of Homes. It showcases some of the best-decorated homes during the holiday season.
WOODSTOCK - The Friendly City is getting an early start on the Woodstock Museum's Christmas Home Tour.
After a three-year pandemic hiatus, the museum is excited to once again host the Spirt of Christmas Tour of Homes.
The tour will showcase Woodstock's historic homes decorated beautifully for the holiday season, and the museum advisory staff are looking for residents who are interested in being part of the tour.
In the past, the event has drawn about 450 people, and curator Karen Houston says the money raised helps to ensure free programming for the community.
“This is a wonderful way to ring in the holiday season while exploring Woodstock’s historic architecture. The money raised from the event will help the Woodstock Museum continue to provide a variety of educational and community programming free of charge.”
Homeowners will get two free tickets for the tour, a one-year museum membership, and a gift card to a local restaurant.
Applications are being accepted until June 7th, and you can find more information here.
