The Attack Under 13 girls squad came out on top at the recent Blessed Sacrament Tournament.
The Oxford Attack U13 Bantam Girls brought home gold from the recent Blessed Sacrament Tournament. The tournament was held April 1-3 in
Hamilton. The Attack dropped their first two games to the Ancaster Blitz and the London 86ers, before catching fire and reeling off three
straight wins to claim the gold. After beating the Tecumseh Saints and the Kitchener-Waterloo Vipers, the Attack matched up with the St. Thomas Shock.
The final game was very tight, with both teams playing strong defensively. However, the Attack never trailed, and managed a couple of key baskets late to seal the win, 19-14. The team will travel to Windsor in mid-April for the OBA provincial championships.
