Southwestern Public Health is warning the public about a particularly toxic batch of Crystal Meth circulating in the community.

The drug is white and yellow in colour and tastes salty. SWPH says it is creating the following side effects:
- Rapid decrease in consciousness
- Intense over heating sensation of body
- Headaches
- Eyes burning
- Stomach pains
- Chest pains
- Ringing in the ears
- Full body aches
- Unsteady gait when walking
- Excessive sweating and dizziness
The Health Unit warns it is important to call 911 if you have taken this drug and experiencing symptoms as medical intervention is advised.
