Ten more individuals added to the sanctions list.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced sanctions against ten more prominent Russians.
The announcement comes after Trudeau met with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Dutch leader Mark Rutte in London earlier today.
During a news conference, Trudeau said the list includes former and current senior government officials, oligarchs and supporters of Russian leadership.
The list of names come from a list put together by jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who is imprisoned on what many believe are politically motivated charges.
Meanwhile, Johnson unveiled over $200 million in additional aid for Ukraine.
Trudeau also met with Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle today to discuss the global situation, for her first in-person audience since testing positive for COVID-19 on February 20th.
