A man and a boy from Oneida of the Thames First Nation have been charged after a single vehicle collision in June sent four youth to hospital in serious condition.

A 15 year old boy from the Oneida of the Thames First Nation has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. An adult male, also from the Oneida of the Thames First Nation has been charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
Police say the 15 year old was driving an SUV eastbound on Elijah Road on June 13th, when he lost control of the vehicle, entered the ditch, struck a culvert and rolled onto the passenger side. All of the boys in the vehicle have since been discharged from the hospital.
