A 68-year-old woman is facing careless driving charges in relation to a fatal crash in Norwich Township on Friday May 28th.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - Charges have been laid following a deadly crash in Norwich Township almost three months ago.
A pick-up truck collided with an SUV at the corner of Curries Road and Middletown Line on Friday May 28th.
The two people in the truck were both seriously injured and one of them had to be airlifted to an out of town hospital. The driver of the SUV was also seriously hurt in the crash.
25-year-old Teunis VanVelthuizen was pronounced dead in hospital two days later.
Oxford OPP have now charged a 68-year-old woman from Norwich with careless driving causing death and careless driving causing bodily harm.
