Santa Ron will be making the rounds to help bolster donations for the Cribs for Kids program.
The Children's Aid Society of Oxford and Santa Ron is getting set to launch their Cribs for Kids campaign.
Santa Ron tells Heart FM they have been doing this campaign since 2014.
"They have been giving cribs out in Oxford County to families who can't afford a new crib for safe sleep to make sure that kids all have a proper crib - the older cribs that are usually handed down are no longer safe in many cases."
Since 2014 they have handed out 180 cribs that cost about $275 each.
Trembletts in Ingersoll, Foodland in Norwich, Valu-Mart in Tavistock, and Giant Tiger in Woodstock will be collecting $2 at the till this summer to help support the cause. Santa Ron will be at those grocery stores during the month of July to take some photos with the kids.
"I'm going to have a calendar up saying where I am going to be. The stores are all going to collect $2 at the till and Santa Ron is going to be hanging around with a Caribbean backdrop so kids can get some free pictures with Santa on vacation."
You can find a link to Santa Ron's schedule online here.
Century 21 Heritage House held the official launch for the event and raised enough money for 7 cribs.
