It starts with the decoration drop off today and tomorrow.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock is bringing back it's Christmas Decoration Exchange, just in time for the holiday season.
Manager of Special Events Kristen Broadhagen says it has two key parts, starting with the decoration drop off today and tomorrow.
"We encourage people to go through their gently used Christmas decorations that they're maybe not using anymore in their home, and bring them to Goff Gym on Thursday November 20th and Friday November 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m."
She adds all of the donated decorations will be up for grabs this Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. while supplies last.
"Goff Gym is a Christmas wonderland! There's everything from trees, lights and Christmas themed home decor. It is spectacular!"
All of the donated items are free to take home. This means the event will go by fairly quickly, so it's better to arrive sooner rather than later.
