Oxford County residents can now apply to sit on the Active Transportation Advisory Committee or the Accessibility Advisory Committee.
OXFORD COUNTY - It's an opportunity for an Oxford County resident to have their voice heard and make a difference.
There's an opening for a citizen member on the Active Transportation Advisory Committee and the Accessibility Advisory Committee.
The Active Transportation Advisory Committee takes a look at all modes of active transportation and low-carbon travel options.
The Accessibility Advisory Committee monitors the federal and provincial regulations for accessibility, and it also provides input for Oxford County Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.
Those who are interested in applying for either committee have to send their resume to County Clerk Chloe Senior before 4:30 p.m. on February 9th. It can be sent via e-mail to clerksoffice@oxfordcounty.ca or mailed to the address listed below:
