WOODSTOCK - The 2019 City Beautiful awards from the City of Woodstock were handed out at a banquet at the Southgate Centre in Woodstock this week.
The awards have been handed out for decades. A panel of judges which included representation from City Council, Woodstock Park’s Department and the public, visited nominated and non-nominated homes and businesses throughout the City.
The judges also recognized David and Barbara Beatty with the Award of Excellence.
