A self esteem building workshop will provide a confidence boost to men and women over 16 years old.
INGERSOLL - CMHA Oxford is introducing a new workshop in Ingersoll; centered on building your self esteem.
The weekly meetings at the Unifor Local 2163 office will begin on Thursday March 1st and end on Thursday March 22nd.
Peer Support Leader Christine Smith says it's geared towards men and women over 16 years old.
"Anybody who's suffering from low self esteem who feels badly about themselves. They're unhappy with their lives because they don't feel they are good enough."
Smith says it's for people who need to add a spring to their step.
"Low self esteem definitely holds us back, we don't take chances and we don't want to try new things because we automatically think we are going to fail."
The meetings will take place between 6pm and 7:30pm each evening.
Those interested in registering can contact Smith at the Woodstock CMHA office; 519-539-8055 with the extension 262. They can also e-mail christinesmith@cmhaoxford.on.ca. The deadline is Wednesday February 28th.
