Warden Marcus Ryan says the results of the 2022 Employee Engagement Service survey were mostly positive.
OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County Council had a chance to review the 2022 Employee Engagement Service survey during a council meeting this week.
Warden Marcus Ryan says that the report surveys hundreds of employees and had mostly positive reviews.
“Our staff are generally happy with their jobs and feel like they are making a positive impact on Oxford County residents.”
He added that how in a post-pandemic environment, they are seeing a trend in issues.
“I think we really have to understand that our employees in Oxford County, just like everywhere, are looking for a different work-life balance in a post-COVID world. We have to figure out what that looks like for the County.”
Due to the 2021 report being delayed because of the pandemic, the 2022 report is the first report the county has received since COVID began.
