WOODSTOCK - Woodstock and Langham, Saskatchewan have teamed up with SVG Ventures | THRIVE to better provide for agriculture start-ups and innovations.
Discovery Farms in Woodstock is the largest outdoor farm show in Eastern Canada, designed as a research facility for Canadian agriculture technology.
Executive vice president of Glacier FarmMedia, Carla Vipond, says agriculture technology is advancing and their goal to help improve Canada’s agriculture sector while demonstrating and communicating their value to farmers.
SVG Ventures | THRIVE is a global platform across more than 100 different countries made up of top agriculture, food and technology corporations, universities, and investors.
The goal is to help improve the accessibility of agricultural startups to more people, and to support new technology integration, and to develop resources and tools for Canadian farmers.
