Norfolk OPP have laid charged a 33-year-old for uttering threats after a dispute at an address on King Street in Delhi.
NORFOLK COUNTY - A charge has been laid following an investigation into a dispute between two individuals.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a dispute at an address on King Street in Delhi, Norfolk County.
It was determined that two individuals were involved in an electronic confrontation during which threats were made against the victim.
As a result, one individual was taken into custody without incident.
A 33-year-old of Norfolk County has now been charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
