A medium-sized dog with black and grey shaggy fur bit someone's ankle in the area of Quarter Town Line and Concession Monday evening.
TILLSONBURG - Southwestern Public Health is looking to track down the owner of a dog that recently bit someone in Tillsonburg.
Officials say a medium-sized dog with black and grey shaggy fur bit someone on the corner of Quarter Town Line and Concession at around 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The victim was just walking past the dog and its owner when it bit their ankle.
The dog's owner is described as a teenage boy with brown/blonde hair and he was wearing a white t-shirt at the time.
Health officials would like to get in touch with them, so they can determine if the victim needs to receive rabies treatment.
