Police say one individual had assaulted another at a home on Inkerman Street West and had also caused damage to the property, before they were placed under arrest.
PERTH COUNTY - One individual has been charged after police responded to a domestic dispute at a home in North Perth.
Police were called to a home on Inkerman Street West in Listowel just before midnight on June 28th. One person had assaulted another and had caused damage to the property, which belonged to the other. The accused was put under arrest but they resisted.
A 47-year-old resident of North Perth has been charged with:
- Assault - Spousal
- Mischief Under $5000
- Resist Peace Officer
They've been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in a Stratford courtroom at a later date.
