Blandford-Blenheim man faces impaired driving charges
A Blandford-Blenheim man is facing impaired driving charges after crashing his car into a garage.
OPP were called to a home on Highway 2 in Norwich Township last night, just after 8PM.
Police say 66-year-old Timothy Quigley drove his car right into the front of a garage, and right through the back of it, coming to rest in the back yard.
To make matters worse, the homeowner was in the garage at the time, and was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Quigley is charged with:
· Driving While Ability Impaired Cause Bodily Harm (Motor Vehicle/Alcohol)
· Driving with More than 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol in Blood
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
