The crash happened around 3:45 this morning in the area of Highway 59 and Oxford Road 14, in Norwich Township.
Constable Patti Cote says the driver was seen leaving the crash on foot.
"A witness said that they saw the driver fleeing. At this time the investigation is ongoing. We obviously have some concerns as to whether or not the driver sustained any injuries."
