A 47 year old man from Stratford spent the night in the hospital and was charged with impaired driving after a crash in Stratford.
STRATFORD - A 47 year old man from Stratford is facing an impaired charge after crashing his Ebike on West Gore Street.
Police were called to the area yesterday afternoon. They say the Ebike rider drove right into a van heading east bound on West Gore Street. The driver of the Ebike did sustain non life threatening injuries and had to spend the night in the hospital. The driver of the van was not injured.
Police charged the man with impaired driving along with left turn not in safety under the Highway Traffic Act. Total damage from this crash was about $2,000.
