A 23 year old Windsor man is now in police custody after Oxford OPP say he failed to stop on the 401 earlier today.
TALBOTVILLE - Oxford OPP needed help from police in Elgin, Middlesex and St Thomas after a vehicle failed to stop on the 401.
The black four door sedan was going westbound on the 401 close to Highway 19 this morning.
Officers did not pursue the vehicle, and instead used OPP Aviation Services and a tire deflation device. The vehicle eventually came to a stop on Sunset Road, south of Talbotville.
A 23 year old man from Windsor is now in police custody.
