An Adult son is facing assault with a weapon charges after allegedly hitting his 67 year old Father with a baseball bat.
STRATFORD - A 43 year old Stratford man is facing assault charges after some family drama in the Festival City.
Police say the adult son broke into his parents home and hit his 67 year old father with a baseball bat. The son was arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats, Break and Enter and Mischief Under $5,000.
The father was taken to the Stratford General Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries to his upper body.
