Ford is recalling 23,000 vehicles in Canada because of a problem with the fuel tanks. The global recall covers about 465-thousand 2013 Ford Fusions, Explorers, Taurus, Flex, Police Utility, Police Interceptor, and the Lincoln M-K-S, M-K-T and M-K-Z vehicles. Ford says the fuel tanks can leak and cause fires, and that dealers will replace the fuel delivery module.
