Brant OPP busted three daytime drinkers on Saturday and a 33 year old from Oxford was arrested for being impaired by drugs after going into the ditch.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - A 33 year old man from Oxford County has been charged with impaired driving.
Officers responded to a complaint about a vehicle in the ditch on Oxford Road 29 just after midnight on Friday. Officers detected signs of impairment and placed the person under arrest.
They were taken to the Ingersoll OPP detachment and a a Drug Recognition Evaluator determined the driver was impaired by drugs.
