Pittock Conservation Area along with Healthy Hikes want you to step into nature and experience Pittock. The two groups have partnered to offer A Free Day at Pittock today (Saturday), inviting the public to come and enjoy all that Pittock has to offer. Between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., you can enjoy free canoe rentals, fishing and disc golf. In the Recreation Centre, enjoy all day fun and activities for kids of all ages. Visitors are welcomed to use the Day Use Area for a picnic or barbecue, spending time on the beach or cooling off in the splash pad. The beach volleyball court is also opened for family and friends to gather for a quick game. From 10:00 a.m. to noon, they will host Trees for Tomorrow where community members are welcomed to help plant trees throughout the Day Use Area. Pittock Conversation Area is located at 725138 Pittock Park Road, Woodstock.
