Woodstock Police have released the photo of a man they believe is connected to a rash of thefts around Christmas time.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police have released a photo of a man they think is responsible for some thefts around Christmas time.
Police are releasing the photo in hopes that the community can help them in identifying the man. He was also spotted driving a burnt orange hatchback car.
