The Festival of Lights returns to the Ingersoll Cheese and Agricultural Museum this holiday season.
INGERSOLL - The Christmas spirit has hit Ingersoll!
It recently had the lighting of the lights, and will have the Festival of Lights along with Santa's Village for residents to enjoy at the Ingersoll Cheese and Agricultural Museum.
Manager Stephanie Conron says there is a chance to help those in need.
"So, for the Festival of Lights, it is completely free to go through, so they can either drive through or walk through the Festival of Lights. There is the opportunity, to donate food items to the Ingersoll Rotary."
Conron adds there will be volunteers at the end of the route to collect the non-perishable food items. She mentions it is a group effort to make sure the events can run smoothly.
"We're just really grateful to be able to provide this event to our community, and we're really excited for everybody to come out and enjoy a little bit of Christmas magic this year."
The Museum has partnered with Ingersoll Rotary and Ingersoll Kiwanis. The Festival of Lights will run until January, while Santa's Village has begun and will run every Saturday until December 21st. You can find more information online here.
