Police arrested four people after finding over $48,000 in drugs, cash and weapons at two homes in Woodstock.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police executed two search warrants on Wednesday that produced over $48,000 in drugs, cash and weapons.
Police recovered cocaine, ecstasy and oxycodone with a combined street value of $33,000, replica guns and over $15,000 in cash. The warrants were obtained after an investigation into drug trafficking from the Woodstock Police Service Drugs and Intelligence Unit.
A 41 year old man, 36 year old woman, 42 year old man and 47 year old woman, all from from Woodstock were arrested. Police did not release their names.
All four were charged with the following:
- Possession of Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine)
- Possession of Schedule I Substance (cocaine, ecstasy & oxycodone)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
