Another impaired driver has been arrested in Oxford County. Oxford OPP have charged a Woodstock man after a single-vehicle collision in the Township of Southwest Oxford.
OXFORD COUNTY - One person is charged following a single-vehicle collision.
Oxford OPP responded to the collision yesterday (Monday, October 16th) just after 9:30 p.m. on Old Stage Road in the Township of Southwest Oxford.
Officers located the vehicle and spoke with the driver. During the collision investigation, the investigating officer observed signs of intoxication.
The driver was taken into custody and transported to the OPP detachment for further testing.
As a result, 45-year-old Woodstock resident, Paul Todoroff has been charged with Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, and Operation while impaired - blood concentration (80 plus).
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a later date.
