The accused will speak to the charges at a later date in Woodstock.
INGERSOLL - A 47-year-old from Ingersoll faces impaired driving and drug possession charges.
The Oxford OPP received a traffic complaint on Sunday from Thames Street in Ingersoll around 11 a.m.
When police attended the area, they located the vehicle and took the driver into custody for testing.
As a result, the 47-year-old man was charged with operation while impaired and possession of a schedule I substance.
The accused will speak to the charges at a later date in Woodstock.
