Oxford OPP arrested an Ingersoll youth following a vehicle break in Monday night. An Ingersoll resident walked out onto their balcony around 8:00 PM and heard his vehicle car alarm ringing. The victim noticed a young male running from the area and alerted police. Police located the suspect and charged the 17 year-old male with a number of theft related offences. Due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the name of the suspect can not be released.
