Jericho, Woodstock's police dog was 2 for 2 in tracking down suspects in an assault. Early Thursday morning, police were called to Nutty's Bar and Billiards on Dundas St. Two men had allegedly assaulted another man, and fled the scene. Police located one suspect in the James and Clarke St. area. He ran from police, but was tracked down by Jericho. He was then let loose to track the other suspect. Jericho located the suspect hiding behind a dumpster in the Giant Tiger parking lot. All three men had to be treated for minor injuries in hospital. Police say charges are still pending in the case.
