Woodstock Police continue to respond to a number of overdoses in the City and are sharing tips on how to recognize the signs, which can be the difference between life and death.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police continue to respond to a number of overdoses in Woodstock.
If you suspect that someone is overdosing, call 9-1-1, administer Naloxone, and stay with the person until help arrives. WPS has shared some information on what signs to watch out for in an overdose.
They include slow, weak or no breathing, drowsiness or difficulty staying awake, can't be woken up, choking, gurgling or snoring sounds, blue lips or dizziness.
Police say by knowing the signs, you can save a life.
