A London man is facing a charge after being stopped this past Saturday. Oxford OPP responded to a traffic complaint, which resulted in the charge.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - On Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 7:35 p.m., the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 401, located in South-West Oxford Township.
Members of Oxford OPP located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
As a result, 38-year-old of London was charged with the following:
- Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a later date.
