A time to remember young, Gabriel Lyttle while helping other children.
INGERSOLL -- The 3rd annual Lyttle Fun Fair is taking over Memorial Park in Ingersoll Sunday.
Face painting, bouncy castle, barbecue, carnival games, silent auction, photos with Tisha Johnson Photography and more will be included in the day's activities.
Event Co-chair, Andrea Riddell says the day is a time to remember Gabriel Lyttle and also raise funds for children related charities. "Crystal, Gabriel's mom has decided that she would like to do it again, giving the money to charities. So the three charities are the Children's Hospital in London, the Michael Stoop Foundation which helps children who don't have enough money to join sports and things like that across Canada and than the Ingersoll Community Centre where they offer a swimming lesson program for those who can't afford it."
The fun fair runs from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. "We want to help other kids that are less fortunate because, unfortunately Gabriel wasn't able to get swimming lessons before he passed away and that could have been a very life saving thing for him if that were to have taken place."
Gabriel passed away in June 2012 when he was 2 year-old in a drowning accident.
