It's Miracle Treat Day so all of the proceeds from Dairy Queen's Blizzard sales will be going to the Children's Health Foundation in London.
OXFORD COUNTY - You can enjoy some delicious ice cream while supporting a great cause.
It's Miracle Treat Day, so all of the money raised from Blizzard sales at the local Dairy Queen locations will support the Children's Health Foundation in London.
We have three Dairy Queen locations in Oxford County; one in Woodstock, one in Ingersoll, and one in Tillsonburg.
Brennon Bell is a 17-year-old Children's Hero Ambassador from Woodstock. He had to undergo a kidney transplant at the London Health Sciences Centre back in September 2020.
"The care was just overall amazing! Everybody there takes priority in everyone's care, they are all super nice and you can just tell that they are doing their absolute best to take care of you."
Brennon stopped by the Heart FM studio to tell Dan and Marcie all about his journey and you can listen to the full interview below:
Make sure you stop by your local @DairyQueen today for #MiracleTreatDay! All of the proceeds from Blizzard sales in #WoodstockOntario will support @CHFHope 🍦❤️ #BlizzardsforBreakfast @1047HeartFM pic.twitter.com/txunoHjaDO
