NORFOLK COUNTY - An 83 year old senior from Norfolk County has been missing since late last night.
Harry Robert Charles Welch was last spotted on Thursday September 3rd at his home on Lakeshore Road in Norfolk County.
Investigators are seeking the public's assistance in locating him. He is described as white, 5'6, thin build, approximately 160 lbs, with black and grey coloured curly hair, with blue/grey eyes and carries a cane.
He was wearing overalls that are blue or grey in colour, blue and grey t-shirt with grey slippers that had a white bottom along with a baseball hat with a Uganda flag and thick glasses.
