The Tour of Lights will offer more chances to tour the Friendly City and see the holiday displays this year.
WOODSTOCK - A big change is coming to the annual Tour of Lights in Woodstock.
The traditional one day event will now take place on multiple evenings, running from December 12th until the 17th.
Mayor Trevor Birtch says people will be hopping on city buses to check out all of the Christmas lights in the city.
"A specially designated route that the transit drivers select so it's not necessarily bus routes - this is a special tour of lights."
Birtch adds people can get their tickets at City Hall on a pay what you can basis.
"It's a free will offering. The suggested amount is $2.50 and I know many people will give $10 or $20 a ticket because it's that good of a tour."
All of the proceeds will go towards the United Way.
