The affected areas include Highway 59 in Holbrook, Highway 2 in Gobles, and Oxford Road 119 going through Dickson's Corners.
OXFORD - Changes are coming to some of the roads in Blandford-Blenheim, East Zorra-Tavistock, South-West Oxford, Norwich Township, and Zorra Township.
Oxford County Council approved a long list of speed management and traffic calming measures during Wednesday's meeting.

Norwich Township
The speed limit on Highway 59 going through Holbrook will be lowered to 60 kilometres per hour and post-mounted delineators will be installed through the horizontal curve.
The speed limit will also be reduced to 60 kilometres per hour on Highway 59 north of Norwich.
Over in Eastwood, the speed limit will be reduced to 70 kilometres per hour on Oxford Road 55, through the rural settlement cluster. A speed feedback sign will also be installed east of the CN Rail crossing.
Flexible centreline delineators will be installed in the following areas:
- Highway 59 in Norwich, at the south end of the 50 kilometre per hour speed limit.
- Oxford Road 18 in Norwich, at the east end of the 50 kilometre per hour speed limit, and the west end of the 40 kilometre per hour school zone.
- Oxford Road 19 in Otterville, going through the village.
Blandford-Blenheim
The speed limit will be reduced to 60 kilometres per hour on Oxford Road 2 going through Gobles, and Oxford Road 29 going through Windfall.
Flexible delineators will be installed on both sides of the median on Oxford Road 8 in Plattsville.
Flexible centreline delineators will also be installed on Oxford Road 8 in Washington. The 60 kilometre per hour speed transition zone will also be eliminated.
East Zorra-Tavistock
Flexible centreline delineators will be installed on Oxford Road 4 and Oxford Road 33 in Innerkip. The north and west speed feedback signs will also be relocated to the 50 kilometre per hour speed zone limit.
Road urbanization will be taking place for the south end of Highway 59 in Tavistock. It's scheduled for 2027 and the work will include extending the curbs and the sidewalk.
Crews will put up speed feedback signs at the east and west approaches of Oxford Road 24 in Tavistock. Flexible centreline delineators will also be installed at the east end of the street.
Zorra Township
The speed limit on Oxford Road 119 going through Dickson's Corners will be reduced to 70 kilometres per hour, with speed feedback signs installed at the zone limits. Lighting will also be added to the intersection of Oxford Road 119 and Oxford Road 64 in 2027
The speed limit for Oxford Road 6 going through Booksdale will be continue to be 60 kilometres her hour, and speed feedback signs will be installed at the zone limits as well.
South-West Oxford
A southbound speed feedback sign will be installed on Oxford Road 10, halfway through the village of Vershoyle.
