It's a $500 bursary for local high school students entering a trade program.
OXFORD - The Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg and Area Association of Realtors (WITAAR) has released its list of trade bursary recipients for 2026.
It's a $500 bursary and President Derrek de Jonge says the real estate board has been offering it to graduating high school students entering a trade program for over 20 years now.
"WITAAR works with the school guidance councillors to advertise this bursary to the current graduating class and any student entering any trade can apply. WITAAR is notified of the recipient(s) by the school and at graduation and they are presented with their $500 bursary to go towards education expenses."

- Nathan Milker (Huron Park Secondary School)
- Tristan Beaumont (Glendale High School)
- Carter Gray (Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute)
- Wade Farrell (Ecole Secondaire Notre Dame)
- Vontae Thompson (St. Mary's Catholic High School)
Local high school students interested in applying for his bursary in the future should speak with their guidance department.
