Code orange declared at Winnipeg's Health Sciences Centre
A section of the Trans Canada Highway in western Manitoba is closed after a serious crash.
According to the RCMP, it happened near the town of Carberry.
Sources say at least 15 people were killed.
Winnipeg's Health Sciences Centre has declared a code orange for a mass casualty.
Few details are known about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
