WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Art Gallery has new exhibitions on display for the next few months.
The exhibitions are titled "Visual Elements 67: Annual Juried Exhibition" and " Oxford County Archives: Celebration, 175+ Years."
Visual Elements 67: Annual Juried Exhibition is a showcase of the exceptional talent and creativity in our community. This year’s exhibition is on view until Oct. 11, 2025, and includes 46 works by 38 artists working in a variety of mediums, sizes, and styles. The artwork was selected by Nicholas Crombach, Michel Daigneault and Matthew Ryan Smith.
Oxford County Archives: Celebration, 175+ Years explores the history of some of the County’s iconic administrative buildings, from the court houses and registry offices to the jail and House of Refuge. The year 2025 marks a significant chapter in Oxford County’s history, celebrating the 175th anniversary of its incorporation and its 50th anniversary since restructuring. The exhibit, which is open until Jan. 24, 2026, includes architectural drawings, photographs, and artwork maintained by the Oxford County Archives.
Two exhibitions will also be featured on the first floor from July 26, 2025, to January 24, 2026, showcasing a retrospective of work by Woodstock's own Jaquie Poole and an animated installation by Lyn Carter.
