County of Brant O-P-P responded to a report of careless driving in Paris.
COUNTY OF BRANT - County of Brant OPP responded to a report of careless driving on Grand River Street North in Paris.
OPP responded to the incident on December 23rd at approximately 4:35 p.m, locating the vehicle on Grand River Street North in Paris.
38 year-old Jason Bonikowsky of Norfolk County was charged with impaired driving.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
