
The Norfolk OPP were busy over the long weekend, handing out charges and investigating a stolen truck.
WATERFORD - A pickup truck has been stolen from a property in Waterford.
Police say someone took the white 2012 GMC Sierra on McMichael Road sometime overnight Friday into Saturday.
The truck was reported stolen on Saturday morning, and anyone with information regarding its whereabouts should call the Norfolk OPP or Crime Stoppers.

DELHI - A two vehicle collision has resulted in an impaired charge.
Shortly before 4:30pm on Sunday Norfolk OPP responded to the call of collision between a pick-up truck and motor cycle on Fertilizer Road in Delhi. The driver of the truck a 43 year old Mississauga man has been charged with Operation while impaired by alcohol or drugs. The motor cyclist was airlifted to a trauma centre with serious but non life threatening injuries
OPP remind the public to contact police if you spot a suspected impaired driver.

DELHI - The Norfolk OPP have laid charges after an assault investigation in Delhi.
Officers were called out to a home on Talbot Road at around 6:30 Sunday night. Police say two individuals interacted with each other on the property, before one of them physically assaulted the other. Minor injuries were reported along with damage to police property, and a 35-year-old Norfolk County man was charged.
One Norfolk County resident is out $8,500 following an online employment scam.

COURTLAND - On Monday OPP were made aware of the fraud that occurred in Courtland.
The suspect responded to an online advertisement suggesting easy work online for money. The victim was instructed to download an application that would allegedly allow them to receive cryptocurrency as payment. The victim was also required to make payments from their personal account, that's when police were notified
OPP are reminding the public to be vigilant when communicating with people online.
