A 29-year-old from Norwich has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle crash on the Wellington Road on-ramp for the westbound 401 in London.
LONDON - Someone from Norwich is facing an impaired driving charge after a crash on Highway 401 in London.
The Middlesex OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision at around 11:00 a.m. on Friday morning. It happened on the Wellington Road on-ramp leading to the westbound lanes.
The 29-year-old behind the wheel was arrested and charged with driving while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80. They have been released from police custody and will appear in court on January 3rd.
If you spot someone who you believe is impaired while behind the wheel, the OPP says you should call your local police right away.
