One person has died and a child had to be airlifted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a head-on crash on Hofstetter Road.
UPDATE: Police have identified the driver of the vehicle as 41-year-old Kevin Thompson.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time.

BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - One person has died in a head-on crash in Blandford-Blenheim.
The Oxford OPP say an SUV collided with another vehicle on Hofstetter Road early yesterday afternoon. The call came in at around 1:18 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle died in hospital and their identity has not been released at this time.
The driver of the SUV and two children that were in the vehicle were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A third child that was in the SUV at the time of the crash had to be airlifted to hospital, also with non-life threatening injuries.
In a video posted on the OPP West Region Twitter page, Acting Sergeant Ed Sanchuk says an investigation is underway so anyone with information should come forward.
"Investigators are looking to speak with any witnesses that may have information surrounding this incident. We have informed that there may have been a vehicle in the area at the time this crash occurred and that driver is being encouraged to call the Oxford OPP at 1-888-310-1122."
