Southwestern Public Health confirmed one new case in Elgin County after it was reported in Bayham. There are still two cases overall in Oxford County.
OXFORD/ELGIN/ST.THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health has confirmed one new case of COVID-19 today.
The new case is in Elgin County, located in Bayham, while there are two cases remaining in Oxford County.
Since the pandemic began there have been 13,323 people tested and 12,998 have come back as negative.
Also, three institutional outbreaks have occurred and they have since been resolved.
To date, the local health unit has had 88 cumulative cases with 80 resolved cases and five deaths.
